Spintensity Cycling is an indoor cycling class that is a fast paced, high intensity, heart-pumping 45 minute class designed to burn calories, tighten and tone your legs, strengthen your core and improve your cardiovascular health! Riders will experience sprints, climbs, and choreography to upbeat, energizing music that will have you dancing on the bike (as we say!).

Sweat & Burn is a High intensity cardio and strength training class that is a great way to sculpt your body & melt fat. In this class you will utilize the spin bike for fast-paced heart-pumping cardio and you will be off the bike to complete intense strength training movements. You can expect to have a high calorie burn and your metabolism will be in an elevated state for hours after class completion!
This is a Higher Intensity Class but everyone can complete it!

This class is INTENSE but it is the Challenge you need to take your workouts to the NEXT LEVEL! This class is a FULL HOUR! You will begin the class with a 30-minute CARDIO BLAST on your spin bike followed by a 30-minute MUSCLE PUMP that consists of outdoor circuit training. Stuck in a plateau on your weight loss journey? This class is an INTENSE, CHALLENGING, FULL-BODY, FAT TORCHING experience that you do not want to miss!

Cycling + Tone is 45 Minute ride that takes SPIN to a new level! We add free weights and resistance bands to this class to focus on toning & sculpting your muscles during your ride!
