Sweat & Burn is a High intensity strength training class that is a great way to sculpt your body & melt fat. In this class you will complete as many rounds as possible in the 45-minute class at your own pace. This class is designed for newbies as well as the seasoned athlete. You can expect to have a high calorie burn and your metabolism will be in an elevated state for hours after class completion!

Spintensity Cycling is an indoor cycling class that is a fast paced, high intensity, heart-pumping 45 minute class designed to burn calories, tighten and tone your legs, strengthen your core and improve your cardiovascular health! Riders will experience will sprints, climbs, and choreography to upbeat, energizing music that will have you dancing on the bike (as we say!).

Yoga is an uplifting practice that will engage your body and mind. Yoga is focused on aligning yourself with your breath. This class is for all levels. Throughout the hour practice we work on improving balance, flexibility and stability through various yoga postures, modifications and breath work. This class will focus strictly on building strength. This class will be broken up into an Upper Body Day and a Lower Body Day. Classes will use equipment like kettlebells, dummbells, barbells and resistance bands to for movements that focus on power and strength training.
